The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa possesses within it’s halls a treasure known as Fresh Harvest. We dined at Fresh Harvest during the Surf n’ Turf evening. This meant that we were going to experience a one pound Maine Lobster- each. Seven stations, Surf n’ Turf- one night- one can’t get any more spoiled than this.

Divided into Seven Stations, Fresh Harvest is a place where no one will be left unsatisfied. There is truly something for everyone, even the “particular” eaters in any party. That being said, it’s a paradise for those who want to sample multiple dishes without committing to one thing for dinner. It’s also a great opportunity to taste dishes that you’ve wanted to try, but haven’t had the chance. Where else can you have Dim Sum and Crawfish, topped with a Dessert of Cream Horn?

We were warmly welcomed, and our server Sheryl was right on top of everything. Indeed, everyone working throughout the Seven Kitchens was more than willing to cater to particular requests. This evening, with the Surf n’ Turf, we each had resplendent Lobster and enjoyed the delicious Shrimp Station. Surf n’ Turf includes one pound Maine Lobster for each guest, carved Tenderloin and Prime Rib, and more.

At Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, this contemporary casual dining is busy with Seven Action Kitchens. These kitchens include: Sushi, Noodles, and Dim Sum; Raw Bar, Green Grocer, The Grill, American Bounty, Cucina Italiana, and Sweets a la Mode. Taking time to survey the wealth of possibilities is certainly suggested.

The Sushi Noodles and Dim Sum kitchen is right to your left when you enter the restaurant, with Seafood Dumplings, Dim Sum, Sushi and Japanese Salads – Asian Entrees galore.

The Raw Bar includes Crawfish, Shrimp, Oysters, Little Neck Clams, New England Clam Chowder, and Louisiana Seafood Gumbo.

The Green Grocer is a delightful medley for those who prefer Salads with twelve Gourmet Salads and other staple Salad offerings, accompanied with a Hot Soup of the day.

The Cucina Italiana creations include Antipasti, Pastas, Italian Breads, Gourmet Pizzas, and Tuscan accompaniments. Dabbling into the Veal Pastrami on display, our mouths watered.

American Bounty is a bountiful celebration of classic American fare; with joys like the Country Fried Chicken, BBQ Slow Smoked Ribs, Fresh Caught Fish, Herb Roasted Pork Loin, plus Seasonal Vegetable Medley and Potatoes.

The Grill Kitchen is positively overwhelming with great choices from Marinated and Grilled Flank Steak, Grilled to Order Steaks and Seafood, to Mixed Grill – Chicken Breast, Pork Chops, and Smoked Sausage. Not to forget the Roasted Corn on the Cob, Fresh Vegetables of the Day, and Rice Pilaf. We thoroughly enjoyed the Cooked-to-Order Mongolian Grill, each of us specifying what sauces, vegetables, meats we wanted. I added noodles, and was flabbergasted at the plethora of sauce options. We chose Teriyaki and Hoisin.

Sweets a la mode offers a glorious choice of various desserts. There’s even an Ice Cream Sundae Bar and Soda Fountain. We sampled multiple desserts, which was such a treat. The Cream Horns were fresh and sweet, while the Key Lime Pie was outstanding. (We went back for seconds).

Be prepared to be spoiled for choice at Fresh Harvest, a truly satisfying dining haven at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. Thank you for hosting us.
