In case you missed Cirque du Soleil La Nouba’s Trapeze Performance on March 31st via Facebook Live, don’t worry. There’s plenty of awesome coverage to be seen. Click Here to watch from La Nouba’s Facebook page. We had the opportunity to see the Trapeze Artists rehearse two days before, and they were amazing. Check out our videos below.
The Trapeze Artist Team from Cirque du Soleil La Nouba hails from around the world. On March 31st via Facebook Live, the Trapeze Troupe completed two rarely performed tricks that only a handful of Trapeze Artists have accomplished. The “Double & 1/2 Layout to the Legs” is an extremely skillful maneuver that includes a 2 1/2 backward layout with a twist, all performed within seconds before the artists caught by his legs. The second trick is a “Quadruple” layout, which is rumored to be completed less than 20 times in the 150 year history of Trapeze.
Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba has recently been updated, so we recommend you to revisit this Central Florida treasure even if you’ve already seen the show before.
These Trapeze Tricks are just another prime example of how talented the artists are at Cirque du Soleil. This sheer raw talent permeates the entire La Nouba show. We were privileged to watch the Trapeze Troupe rehearse. It really took our breath away. Bravo!
